Billings Animal Rescue Kare located on Moore Lane is a local shelter run on donations and volunteers. Truly concerned about improving animal welfare, BARK is a no-kill shelter. BARK understands the negative impact over-crouding can have on the health and well-being of sheltered animals, which is why they never take-in more animals than they can properly care for.
